Waste Less By Snacking Fresh!


If food always spoils in your fridge before you have a chance to eat it, change the way you snack!  When you’re craving something between meals, don’t go for the chips, cookies or a frozen pizza- eat something fresh from the fridge instead.  By snacking on fruits, veggies, dairy and other perishable foods, you will inevitably waste less groceries and save money while eating healthier & slimming down!
