A wonderful concert with up front & personal seats. . . . or a sail on the Bay.
My friend deserves this because. . . . she works full time, single Mom, supports 2 kids in College, has a HUGE heart – and gives and gives and gives to everybody else – she deserves something for herself (p.s. she just went through major abdominal surgery . . . and was back at work 1 week later!) SHE DESERVES IT!!!

My great friend, Lindsey, is special to me because we are like two peas in a pod. We think alike and act alike, even when we are being super goofy!

I am sure that Lindsey would love to try a new restaurant around LA!

My truly and dear friend Maria has been through quite a bit this past year.
She suffered a stroke and was unable to work due to her disability. She has managed to pull through and one great accomplishment during this healing process was to complete her GED. She finally passed her courses
and obtain her GED. Not only did she pass her GED she had completed
enough high school courses to obtain her high school diploma in hoping to secure a better paying job. I congratulate my friend and wish to give her night of celebration in whatever manner.

My lady friend and bff is my sister. We love to spend time together and have fun no matter what we do. We both are out of work and I would love to take her out to dinner. My 40th birthday is September 1st and her birthday is September 9th this would be a great gift for both of us.

  13. Ingrid Durham says:

My 21 year old daughter was in a car accident a couple of weeks ago; she was hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. She wasn’t seriously injured, but her car was considered a total loss. This happened while I was on vacation and she had to go through this alone until we could get someone to stand in for us until we got back. She’s been under a lot of stress these last couple of weeks, but has kept right on going to work. I’d love to be able to treat her. I think a spa visit would be the ticket.

  14. Rebecca Keeton says:

My mom, Janet Lowe has been sitting in a wheelchair for the past 60 years. She hasn’t let that hinder her, as she’s raised a family of 3 and is now caring for 2 grandkids~the love of her life. But she never does anything for herself, so I’d like to treat her to a facial then maybe do the Newport Beach Sunset Cruise. I think she’d like that.
Thank you for the chance to win something for my mom!

This summer my wife set up all the details for our three kids’ camps (all different locations), set up all the details for our upcoming road trip vacation, and is going to be stuck with the kids alone for 11 days while I’m away on business. To top it off, our bathroom floor was about to implode and she is dealing with the insurance company, contractor, and tile store. She could use a night out – perhaps Love, Loss, and What I Wore.

  17. Phung says:

My friend is special because she (like many other women) is a working mom trying to maintain a work-life balance. The last few years have been stressful for her because the last company she worked for did not treat her well and eventually laid her off while she was pregnant, around Christmas time no less! This was after they worked her so hard, even in her last few days… She’s had stress at home because of noisy neighbors who refuse to work with her and reduce the noise. She eventually had to move because she was losing sleep, physically/mentally tired, and couldn’t take it anymore. She started a new job recently, but it’s a repeat of the last place because they are giving her a hard time, even though she does so much work. They also said they are eliminating her position, but are stringing her along about when her last day may or may not be. They are not being sympathetic about the fact that she may not have a job soon, and are instead working her to the bone. Even when they don’t treat her well, she still does her job with a smile on her face and helps train new people who are likely to take over her job. She is worried about how to support her kids while her husband is not making much money. I think she deserves a treat to help take her mind off things and to take some of the financial burden off.

I think she’d like to spend a day with her husband and kids and if possible, have a baby-sitter to help out. I could be the baby-sitter :) She’d probably like to take her kids to an amusement park then at night, have dinner at a nice restaurant and have a little wine to decompress.

Any Thoughts?
