    Our breakfasts range from the super quick (cold cereal/milk) to scrambled eggs/toast/fruit to more involved french toast and pancakes on the weekends. My favorite, though? Scrambled eggs with veggies, a nice piece of toast and some fresh, local fruit.

    I usually grab a Luna bar and some soy milk or almond milk. Pretty good breakfast and stays with me for a while. Ideally, someone else would make eggs and waffles… and clean it all up! :)

    Most days it’s cold cereal. At least once a week I have your Toaster Pastries, so glad they’re gelatin free and sold at Costco!

    My favorite thing for breakfast is a fruit smoothie with yogurt. If I have a long day ahead of me I will also have a bowl of cold cereal and milk.

    Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. It usually involves eggs with whole wheat toast, juice and coffee. Oatmeal on a winter morning topped with banana and walnuts is awesome. I love starting my day with a great breakfast.

    I love oatmeal in the morning with a little Nature’s Path granola for the crunch. YUM! When it’s really hot I’ll eat muesli instead.

    I’m all about “layering” my cereal. Just one is too boring. I go with oatmeal, something flaky, something crunchy, and then top it off with raisins and walnuts. It’s a hodge podge of deliciousness :)
