While making stuffing is not particularly expensive, nor does it require genius culinary talent, it is one of the more laborious dishes in this already labor intensive meal. I’m not sure if my Italian roots are represented in my grandma’s Thanksgiving stuffing recipe, but this family favorite has been a staple at our table for as long as I can remember. Even though it’s been modified to reduce the loads of butter it originally called for, this gourmet stuffing is one of a kind and nothing short of absolutely delicious!
If you’re looking to lighten up your Thanksgiving table this year, or if you have a vegetarian you’re trying to impress, this stuffing recipe will knock your socks off.
