Blood Orange Mimosas


Serves 6


  • 6 Blood Oranges
  • 1 Bottle of Prosecco (or Champagne)


Squeeze the oranges into a pitcher.  Fill each Champagne flute 1/4 of the way with orange juice and top it off with Prosecco. If you like it sweeter, add a little more juice. Fill the glasses 3/4 of the way to the top. It’s that simple - Enjoy!
